# Reset MFA

To reset the MFA (Multiple Factor Authentication) for a user follow these steps.

1.Go to the top right menu and click the green round  icon next to support:&#x20;

2.Select “Users” from the Menu

3.Click the 3-doted menu of the user you want to reset the MFA.

4\. Click “Confirm MFA Reset”&#x20;
