# Enable ChangeUp

To enable the cartridge’s functionality on the storefront, you must enable a site preference setting:

1. Navigate to **Merchant Tools > Site Preferences > Custom Preferences > ChangeUp**
2. Choose Yes in the drop-down field next to **ChangeUp Enabled**.
3. Click **Save**.
